The Syriac Language — Online workshops

Dear Brother Priests, Deacons and Subdeacons, Consecrated Men and Women and Lay Faithful,

The Maronite Servants of Christ the Light will be hosting an online Maronite Faith Formation Series on the Syriac Language starting Thursday October 30 through the Saint Sharbel Center to help our people to learn more about the beauty and richness of our Maronite Liturgical language

Clergy from the Eparchy of Saint Maron presenting these online sessions on three consecutive Thursdays at 8pm. Following the presentation there will be time for Q&A.

  • October 30 – History of the Syriac Language (Subdeacon Vincent Michael)

  • November 6 – Syriac Prayer to Learn (Fr. George Antaby)

  • November 13 — Syriac Hymns & Melodies (Fr. Neemtallah Oneissy)
